The 2025 Subaru Solterra will start at a lower cost than the previous model year on select trim levels. There's also the arrival of a new trim, the Touring Onyx Edition, which adds black exterior detailing and 20-inch wheels.

Performance

You can plug it in to charge via a Level 2 at-home charging station in around nine hours (just plug it in after you're home for the evening), and at a DC fast charging station around the Cleveland area and beyond in an estimated 35 minutes to reach 80 percent. The EPA estimates that the Solterra can reach up to 104 miles per gallon of electric equivalent (MPGe).
Technology
Like many other new Subaru vehicles, the new Subaru Solterra offers a standard array of technology features. This includes a standard eight-inch touch display with the option for a larger 12.3-inch screen. It comes with wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto, along with Wi-Fi options, and wireless phone charging. You can also find smartphone connectivity that allows you to control heating and air conditioning before entering the vehicle, locking and unlocking the doors, among more, plus navigation options are added for select models.
Safety
