Your Responsibilities at Ken Ganley Subaru North Olmsted

As a service technician at Ken Ganley Subaru North Olmsted, you will be expected to perform the following duties.

• Receive repair orders from the dispatcher and then take vehicles to the stall area to service them.
• Diagnose any problems with customer vehicles and advise the recommended service remedy that will address these issues.
• Perform the necessary service, maintenance, or repairs as outlined on the service order. If there are any issues (such as extra service needed or service that will take more time than quoted), you must immediately communicate with the service advisor.
• Communicate with the parts department to secure any parts or fluids you will need for services. If you are performing service under warranty, or if the customer has specifically requested it, you will be required to save parts.
• Perform service according to Subaru and dealership standards, documenting and quality checking your work as you go. This may include performing road tests to ensure that the repair has been adequately addressed.
• Attend regular training classes and keep up to speed with the latest factory technical bulletins and other updates.
